1) How much is shipping?

We ship with UPS & USPS priority mail and the shipping is based on the weight of the order as well as where the shipment is heading. You can get an exact estimate with our shipping estimator on the view cart page. Just add the products you are interested in to your cart, and enter your zip code on the view cart page, by the "estimate shipping" box.

2) How long does it take to receive a shipment?

Depends on where you live. We ship our or Brooklyn NY, usually within 1 business day. Orders on the east coast generally take 1-2 business days with standard shipping while the west coast 4-5 business days. Priority mail is a faster option for west coast orders. 3) How do I know if my order went through?

Immediately after you place an order, you should get an on screen conformation with your order number, as well as an email with all of your order information. You will also get a separate email when the order ships with your tracking number.

4) What is your return policy?

Our return policy is to do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy! If there is any problem with an order you received, please call us immediately at 877-830-9030 so we can make it right!

5) What is the shelf life?

Depends on the product, but most of the nuts & dried fruits are best when eaten within 2-3 months, and can last anywhere from 6-8 months. It’s best to store these products in a cool dry place for maximum freshness.

6) How do the products come packaged?

All of our products “by the pound” come in a 1 pound resealable stand up poly bag with a window. Other products such as gourmet gifts, come as shown.

8) Are there any allergens for your products?

Our products are processed in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, soy & milk products.
