About the Product
Macadamia nuts are packed with heart healthy oils, and is considered to have the highest amount of beneficial monounsaturated fats of any known nut. They are great for lowering cholesterol, and are high in protein. Comes packed in a 1 pound resealable bag.
Health Benefits
Being so high in monounsaturated fat means that macadamia nuts are great for clearing out the old arteries. The magnesium and potassium in these nuts help take care of the rest of your body and are necessary for muscle, nerve and heart function, the body's water balance, overall energy levels, and activating B vitamins.
